This post is not going to be “New Year, New You! Just start!” No. If you start, you start. If you need a date change to make you start, you’re not going to make it past March anyways. This post is for the people that are working but aren’t outputting as much as they’d like. Not growing as much as they’d like. To grow anything, there is a tremendous amount of output that you need to do.
Not WP. *maybe* Shopify. Having a B&M and online store complicates things. Ideally you want your POS for online and offline integrated. You also need the functionality to apply store hours for online and be able to turn online ordering (and products) off/on quickly.
You can do it all in the Shopify ecosystem with their integrated offline POS but there's other platforms that are made specifically for restaurants like Toast and others. Just really going to depend what you need.
I would do a requirements analysis first and compare the features of Shopify, Toast, etc.
